Database of suspicious numbers

Report a scammer’s number

Had a suspicious call? Give us the number and tell us what happened. We verify every report before the number enters the database and starts warning others.

A report takes a minute  ·  never call a suspicious number back

E.g. your call list or an SMS from the caller. It helps with verification.

A single report does not add a number to the database. We verify it first.

In which cases

Report the number if the call looked like this

You don’t have to be sure it was a scam. It is enough that the call matched one of these patterns. We will check the rest.

“I’m calling from your bank”

A request for a BLIK code, an SMS code, card details or a transfer to a “safe account”.

“From the police, from the authorities”

Threats of proceedings, demands for immediate cooperation and secrecy.

A relative in trouble

The voice of a son, a granddaughter or a friend asking for urgent money. Even if the voice sounded familiar.

“Install this app”

A request to install a “helper” program, remote desktop access or your online banking login.

A fake offer

A “risk-free” investment, a prize, an urgent delivery surcharge, a loan “already approved”.

Harassment and spam

Repeated calls, silent calls, pushy telemarketing despite a refusal.

What to include

Three things that let us check the number

01

The number

Exactly as it appeared on your phone, with the country code. Don’t call it back to check.

02

When

The date and approximate time. This lets us link reports from different people about the same wave of calls.

03

What happened

Who the caller claimed to be and what they wanted: a code, a transfer, your data, an app install. Never type in your own codes or passwords.

What happens to a report

From a report to a warning in the app

Step 1

The report reaches the team

Numbers are not added to the database automatically. HumanLock360 is responsible for selection and verification.

Step 2

Verification

We compare the report with other reports, observed scam patterns and verified sources. A single, unconfirmed report is not enough.

Step 3

The number enters the database

From then on, HumanLock360 Premium warns users before they answer a call from that number.

Mistakes and abuse. The database is not an open list: nobody can add someone else’s number with a single report. Entries that turn out to be wrong are removed. If your number ended up in the database by mistake, write to biuro@humanlock360.pl.
Did a code, a password or a transfer already reach the scammer? First call your bank and block the card or account access, then report the case to the police. Only then report the number to us. Step-by-step help is in the free HumanLock360 SOS.
